Short version: you buy a digital kit for your own use. If it isn't useful for you, you get your money back within 30 days. It's an organizing tool, not advice.
What you're buying
The ADHD Tax Escape Kit is a digital download sold by Money Rescued: a PDF guide, a spreadsheet for Google Sheets or Excel, and a text file of AI prompts. The Complete Kit adds the Scripts Vault PDF and a spreadsheet with the Debt Escape tabs. The 20-Minute ADHD Tax Audit is a shorter download (a short guide, the LEAKS sheet and AI Missions 1–3), and the Scripts Vault can be added to it at checkout. Everything here about "the Kit" applies to all of them. Nothing physical is shipped. Checkout and payment happen through Kiwify, the retailer of record, under its own terms; right after checkout you are taken to your download page, and Kiwify emails your receipt.
Your license
- Personal use: you may download, print and use the Kit for yourself and your household, on your own devices.
- Please don't resell, share, upload, republish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.
- Money Rescued keeps the copyright in the Kit.
30-day refunds
If what you bought isn't useful for you, reply to your purchase receipt email within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no proof needed. The refund goes back to the original payment method through the store platform.
What the Kit is not
- It's an educational tool for organizing money. It is not financial, investment, tax, medical or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition, including ADHD.
- We don't promise any particular amount found or saved. Your results depend on your own accounts and actions.
- The phone and email scripts are suggestions. Say only what's true about your situation, and check the terms of your own bank, card or provider.
- AI chats can make mistakes. Check what they give you against your real statements before acting on it.
Third-party services
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Sheets and Excel are trademarks of their owners. The Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Using them is up to you and is governed by their own terms.
Liability
The Kit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
